The Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival, a production of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, is a celebration of the arts in downtown Pittsburgh unlike any other in the nation. Each of its world-class, multi-disciplinary performing and visual arts attractions is free to attend and open to everyone.

Meet at Artist Market on 6th Street and Fort Duquesne Boulevard. 

Your help and support with petitioning here is needed to ensure that PA voters see West/Abdullah on their ballot in November!

Come for as long as you like, any amount of your time is needed and valuable. Don't have petitioning supplies? No worries! Your regional coordinator will ensure you have supplies, make sure you feel comfortable and confident petitioning, and answer any questions you may have. In addition to gathering signatures, we will hand out leaflets to raise campaign awareness.

The ten-day celebration of the arts runs 12-9 pm daily. Some attractions are open on an ongoing basis while others have specific hours of operation.
